Projects exclusively aimed at women: 80% of beneficiaries of AIC projects are women. A growing number of these projects are aimed at supporting women who are victims of violence:

· Professional training and help in looking for work
· Training workshops for crafts, business and information technology
· Micro-credits
· Integrated training centers, courses in self esteem and knowledge of human rights
· Focus on single mothers and one-parent families
· Projects aimed at combating violence towards women
· Pressure for the formulation and application of laws against violence to women
