Objective :
General objective : generating income in order to feed
the elderly.
Specific objectives : farming of 1000 chickens.
Immediate objectives : Building of a henhouse.

Project development :
AIC-Mozambique is a group in the process of formation;
it is the first time that we support one of their project.
Chokwe area has suffered from drought in 2000 and consequently,
starvation is rife in the region.
AIC volunteers have developed this project of daily
food for the elderly in order to become self-financing.
Beneficiaries :
The elderly fed by AIC-Chowke. These people are victims
of drought and have been abandoned by their families
due to lack of income. They will take part in project
activities.
Number of volunteers involved
:
2 volunteers for farming technique, each of them 7 hours
a week and volunteers for the daily project.
