Objectives of the project:
- The general objective is to raise awareness of AIC volunteers and community agents to give the orphans the moral and material support they need, and a better quality of life.
- The specific objective is to fight against abandon of orphans, offer them a daily meal, school equipment, and health care.

Activities to be initiated:
· Raising awareness of AIC volunteers, missionaries, community agents and other persons involved in the project;
· Visits and support to families in which orphans live;
· Support to orphans at school and in health care units;
· Meals purchase, cooking and distribution.

Beneficiaries:
- Children and teenagers (about 250) from 0 to 16, abandoned because of AIDS.
- Also elderly people, widows and high-risk families.

Partners: National Commission of Fight against AIDS (CNCS), Regional Caritas of Chokwe, Childhood Rehabilitation and Integration Center (CRIC), Red Cross of Chokwe, Daughters of Charity.

Total project budget: 11.795,00 Euros
